We receive many requests for donations and although we would like to help everyone, logistically it isn't possible.  When asked to donate to a school, or other non-profit we must carefully consider several factors. To help the process, please adhere to the following guidelines when making a request for a donation from Bear Creek

  • Requests must be sent in writing to Bear Creek Golf Complex, Attn: Jeff Huseman, 500 E Riggs Rd. Chandler, AZ 85249
  • Please submit on original letterhead of school or non-profit.
  • State the reason for the request and how it will benefit our community.
  • Provide requestors name and contact number.
  • All requests must be received at least 45 days prior to your event date in order for us to review and respond.
