Cost: $10 per child per session, first come-first served. Limit 10 per clinic, no preregistration is required.

SATURDAYS: 8:50 to 9:50 a.m.

This clinic is designed for juniors ages 6-14 with varying skill levels from beginners to those with moderate experience. The clinic is a great way to introduce or build upon their current skill set and knowledge of the game. Children will learn basic FUNdamentals along with safety and etiquette of the game in a fun and nurturing environment.

Junior Summer Golf Camp

Bear Creek is offering a Junior Summer Golf Camp for children ages 6 to 14 who are enrolled in grades K-8. Camp sessions are limited to 8 students per session. Bear Creek instructional staff will teach all camp sessions. Camp classes will be held in the morning with campers grouped by age and skill level.

Campers will be introduced to the basic principals and FUNdamentals of golf. Putting, chipping, pitching, bunker shots and full swing with irons and woods will be taught during each session. In addition, safety, golf etiquette, sportsmanship and the rules of golf will be emphasized. The $60 camp tuition covers instruction and range balls.

The camp session will be 1 hour long each on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday - a total of 4 hours of instruction! Children ages 11 and under who have completed US Kids level 2 may be placed in the 9:30 a.m. class at the discretion of the instruction staff. Children age 6 must have completed kindergarten. Ages 8 and under that have completed US Kids level 1 may be placed in the 7:00 a.m. class at the discretion of the instruction staff.

Campers will be required to wear appropriate attire at all times. The instruction staff reserves the right to determine appropiate attire and may refuse service to any child dressed inappropriately. Inappropriate attire includes, but is not limited to spandex or swimwear, cut-off shorts or shirts, and "flip-flop" sandals. Parents are responsible for providing golf clubs, applying sunscreen and providing drinks or snacks for their child.
