How to Schedule a Tournament or Event

If your group or organization is interested in hosting a tournament or golf event, please call the Golf Shop at (480) 883-8200 or email us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it to check on date and time availability. To assist in the scheduling process, you will need to have the following information available.

Scheduling checklist:

How many players will be playing in your tournament or event?
What time of the year would you like to host your tournament or event?
Which course would you like to play, The Bear or The Cub?
What type of amenities would you like? (i.e. - range balls, lunch, prizes, etc.)
What is the format of your event? (i.e. - shotgun start, four-player scramble, etc.)

GOLF MARATHON FUNDRAISER
One of our most popular fundraisers is the Golf Marathon. This event is held on the Cub Course, and your group pays a flat fee to use the course all day. Your players solicit donations for every hole they play, and can play the course an unlimited number of times in one day. It's great fun, and has been very successful for a wide variety of charitable organizations.
