Bear Creek Golf Complex is offering sessions of the Junior Golf After School Program throughout the year for children ages 6 to 15, who have attended a structured learning environment and who are currently enrolled in grades 1-8. Youth Club sessions are limited in size, with a maximum child to instructor ratio of 8:1 and minimum class of 4 juniors per 3-week session. Bear Creek Professional Staff will teach and supervise instruction sessions. After School sessions will take place on Wednesday afternoons from 4-5pm. Parents are responsible for providing clubs for their children; you are able to purchase custom fit junior golf clubs through Bear Creek’s Professional Staff.
Objective; Children enrolled in the After School Program will be introduced to the basic principles and fundamentals of golf. Putting, chipping, pitching, bunker shots and the full swing with irons and woods will be taught during each session. In addition, safety, golf etiquette, sportsmanship and the rules of golf will also be emphasized. After School Program participants will have a designated class day for on-course instruction
After School Program Fees: The individual After School Program fee is $75 per 3-week session, per child. Included in the price of $75 per 3-week session, each junior will receive group instruction that will cover fundamentals, rules and etiquette of the game of golf and a 2 for 1 golf certificate good anytime on the Cub Course.
Children registered in the After School Program may play free on the Cub Course during their 3-week session, with a paid adult.
After School Program Sessions: Eight After School Program Sessions will be held throughout the year, scheduled to coincide with the Chandler Unified School District calendar. Each After School Program Session runs for three weeks. Each After School Session will include three 1-hour classes, scheduled Wednesdays from 4-5pm. Dates are as follows:
Daily Class Hours: After School Program classes will be held from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM on Wednesdays.

After School Program session sizes are limited, and registrations will be accepted on a space available basis. Minimum class size is 4 students and maximum class size is 16 students.
Dress Code & Safety Information: After School Program participants will be required to wear appropriate golf attire at all times. The professional staff reserves the right to determine appropriate attire, and may refuse service to any child dressed inappropriately. Inappropriate attire includes, but is not limited to, spandex or swimwear, cutoff shorts or shirts and “flip-flop” sandals.
