FOR WOMEN ONLY - The Arizona Women's Golf Association (AWGA), in partnership with the Southwest PGA Section, has developed the AWGA Ambassador Program to help new women golfers get started in the game and feel comfortable on the course.  Bear Creek has been a host site since the program's inception in late 2007.  We are now offering both a Level 1 program for ladies looking to start playing golf and a Level 2 program for Ladies who have already attended the Ambassador Program and are looking for reinforcement and how to get to the next level.

PGA Professional Brian Calhoun will be teaching both a Beginner level class and an Intermediate level class.  Classes begin Saturday, October 10, 2009. The Beginner class meets at 1:00 PM, and the Intermediate class meets at 9:00 AM.  Both classes run for six weeks, and each class period is 90 minutes in length.  The cost of the AWGA Ambassador Program is $195 per person.
