2010 Southwest PGA Pass

GENERAL INFORMATION

Southwest PGA Golf Passes are on sale for $110. Each player who purchases their Southwest PGA Pass at Bear Creek will receive one FREE round on each course. Rounds can be used at any time, and expire on October 31, 2010. Golfers who purchase a SWPGA Pass are guaranteed the lowest applicable rate for the day and time that they play. Players using a Southwest PGA Pass may book tee times no more than three days in advance. Bear Creek encourages Southwest PGA Pass players to use our Web site to book their tee times.

Bear Creek bases the Southwest PGA Pass rates on our Rack Rates, which are charged to players booking tee times up to 30 days in advance. Southwest PGA Pass rates will typically be $10 less than our Daily Fee rates during peak season (November 1 to April 30) and $5 less during the non-peak season (May 1 to October 31).

Players using the Southwest PGA Pass during check-in must present a valid photo ID, along with their Southwest PGA Pass. The Southwest PGA Pass must have been registered on the Web site, www.theteetimestore.com and will be “swiped” before starting play.

Southwest PGA Passes are valid for three rounds before being registered on the website. Cards that are not registered after three rounds will be considered invalid, and cannot be used to receive the discounted rates.

Players purchasing a Southwest PGA Pass can pay with cash, check, Visa, Mastercard or American Express ONLY. Discover cards CANNOT BE ACCEPTED for payment.
